At the end of 2007 the Barcelona Zen Center purchased new premises on the C/Bacardi in the Sants district of Barcelona. This decision is the fruit of a long reflection process that began in 2004 with the commemoration of the 25^th anniversary of the Barcelona dojo and the founding of Zen in Catalunya.

The new center, when completed, will have 600 square meters of space, which will permit new activities that will enhance the practice of the Way for future generations.
